Chef Tim, educated at Le Cordon Bleu North America, graduated top of his class. While working at Walt Disney World’s Swann and Dolphin resort he learned the art of hospitality, later going on to train under the mentorship of Chef Tory Mcphail at the legendary Commanders palace in New Orleans. Chef Tim began to refine his craft focusing on fresh high quality ingredients and elevating cuisine to its highest level before venturing out on his own. Chef Tim now brings his passion for exceptional food to West Texas, and the Midland-Odessa area.
